I saved a Roland digital piano from the landfill by 3D printing a replacement key weight arm.

A very cleaver skills young man congratulations
Does the L pad turn all the way down to complete silence?
Great Job nice Look 🤟🤟🤟🤟👍👍👍👍
How did you trim around the driver holes?!!
I have some excellent AR speakers will they perform as good as wired?
thanks this really helped!
Nice guitar, just wish you would have given the same attention to close up camera work attaching the strings to the eyelets, but good job on the guitar. Really, very nice.
Damn, I only liked C. Back to the drawing board. Thanks.
do you still have to sand it if it’s a diy kit that comes without paint?
According to the schematics of a pre-built pick guard I saw on amazon, the 4 screws around the pickups are 3.7" apart. So I was thinking of just securing that part to a 2x4 and just letting the other parts and the pick guard hang off. If I really need to maybe wood glue and extra piece of 2x4 to the side of the 2x4 to make a small section that is 8x2. Or use some extra sheet of hard plastic sheet. Is shorting an electric guitar with your body painful?
Interesting 🤔 work 🎉🎉
Solid tutorial!
Cool job, man. I love it when people post their mistakes and "duhhhhh" moments. Great stuff. I'm inspired.
Wow that is awesome!
I understood that in some cases the electrical design was made to not have a ground so having ground could cause isseus
Hi. Could I ask more about the measurement? 1. What does the negatives (e.g -1, -9) in the measurement represent? 2. What would the measurement be if my rails are 6U? 3. If the rails are 24.5 inch, shouldn't the height be 25 inch? Thanks for taking the time to read my answer and I am attempting to make a 6U one for myself but I am a little lost and I need more guidance on this one. Hope to hear from you. Thanks and forgive me.
Is the Reel reusable?
Sir, that was an amazing build on a stunning guitar! I enjoyed your craftsmanship and your artistic talent at every aspect. I loved how you incorporated hand tools into your work so well. The instrument itself sounds and looks outstanding!
Thanks for using the same guitar in the test 👍🏾
turning the input socket inside out is genius
I plugged nux nmp footswitch into my blackstar id core amp. It switches between two channels of my amp. Those are not the channels I want it to switch between. How can I get the footswitch to switch between the channels I want?
Does the spray stay forever on the guitar? Or it peel by time?
Quack quack....go ahead and buy from the purveyor, but know that piezos are crap.
Buying a blues jr. Soon. Definitely going to do this mod. Thanks 🙏 thanks 🙏
I noticed you were going more between A and B and not giving the same time to C so I’m not joining in, why do you have to plug into other things , it should be just into the amp so it’s not an accurate test?
Excellet video!
how long is the lap steel guitar from bridge to tuners?
Thanks for the help and CHAPEAU! for the homemade humidifier!
What model Ibanez is that?
nice job !
What if I've got some really Bitchin old JVC speakers but I am completely technologically inept?! How would I go about finding someone to help me do this??
You can just use a usb bluetooth receiver with the speakers wires to a mini amplifier
@@samirs4187 I don't understand how. But thank you anyway 😌
it's close but to my ears there is too much top end loss on the hardware r2r. As someone mentioned, adding a bit more top before printing to tape could help. Overall I prefer the plugin.
In the case of your loose pancake connector, there used to be an old standard knot that is called a fire underwriter's knot, which was supposed to be used by electricians in lamps to provide strain relief and isolate the strain from the electrical connection, avoiding shorts when the cable is pulled, which makes the fire underwriter (fire insurance company) happy ua-cam.com/video/Ln6EZf6ojB4/v-deo.htmlsi=Cm1g4jL7KqGPR2-P
Good job..... Smart Lad.
This is useful for IT too 😬
are you sure you can wire a resistor with the lpad? I dont think that works.
Excellent comparison and especially since you're using the same guitar for all! I just bought a 2015 Martin hd28v and want to have a pickup installed in it. My thoughts on the A B and C. (Journeytek, k&k and mic) I like the mic best for all applications. For me, A is best for fingerpicking and B for strumming. I'm thinking after watching this excellent video that I will use a good mic. Can I use my Sure SM58 for my guitar until I get a good guitar mic?
FANTASTIC comparison - this takes a lot of work to install the same pickup on the same guitar to do a comp. We appreciate it! Funny enough, I liked the K&K a lot better. However, I'm listening on proper speakers with balanced bass response so maybe I'm hearing more than others.
Been looking to build one of these. Def using this as a starting point for one (I only have a few racks, so I want a shelf underneath for my LPs, put turntable on top).
Awesome useful video ! Thanks so much !!
Outstanding quality of work. Excellent work my friend!
SO COOL
Thx, I had the same issue and it is fixed now! Video was very helpful! I used epoxy glue to repair the broken arm.
Its very nicely done. One question, does it degrade thd sound quality, because, what you have dind is add a resistance in the path? Thanks
Is there a way to run two of these? I want to put one in the tracking room and one by the door so nobody ruins a take.
Is it full hollow body? I have a full hollow body telecaster, but It's different. My guitar have bridge block, but your guitar have bracings. Your guitar is awesome. My guitar made Freedom Custom Guitar Research, Red Pepper. It's good, too.
Can I make my freeze pedal (electro-Harmonix) powered by a 9v battery???
Well done, the baffle could use a scoop to better direct the sound. You will get a more pronounced doppler effect if you have the box closed off on 3 of the 4 sides.
I appreciate this video because it's nice to hear what real tape sounds like... But the plugin should have been 7.5 inches AND the flux should have been left at the default of 185 or better yet, even 250. I think if you had used those settings and driven just a little harder into Kramer Master Tape you would have gotten more similar results. Also, I'm not sure if you can do this in Cubase -- but anyone running Kramer Master Tape in Reaper should enable 2x oversampling in the DAW. That, too, will help get closer to the real tape. Anyhow, nice video... and nice tape machine!!!
